You must bring a minimum of 10 items or one large item to participate
Please bring one self addressed stamped envelope when you drop off your items. This will be used to mail your check to you. Plase note that we will mail checks out the week following the sale. Allow 7-10 days to receive your check.

What you will receive |
| You will receive 70% of the selling price less a $6.00 advertising and equipment fee. The remaining 30% will go to the Children's Ministries at Stonebrook Church.

Cloths should be clean, free of stains or tears with all buttons present and zippers in good working order.

Books, Videos, Games, Etc.

*All battery operated toys should have batteries and be in good working order

Tips |
Iron your items, they will sell better
Complete outfits will sell better than individual items
Price your items based on what YOU would pay for them
Check the recall list on carseats, and do not bring a carseat that has been in an accident

Tagging |
It is not required but preferred that clothing be placed on Metal hangers
Put clothing on hangers facing left
Pants must be pinned ot the hanger at the top (see example below)
Attach a 3x5 index card on the right side detailing item information
You must include a description of the item, size, and price (increments of $.50 or $1.00)
Allow one inch at the top of the card for pinning
Your consignor number will go on the top left, please call or email for your consignor number
Size will go in the top right
Description will go in the middle
Price will be written in the lower right
If you do not want your item discounted on 1/2 off day, please write ND in the bottom left corner
Group small items together in a ziploc bag taped at the top (shoes, socks, onesies)
Tape pricing card to large items
